AFM L-1
, AFM LS-1 and AFM T-2 are the three different types of live contracts that members file with the Live Department prior to the date of performance.
AFM L-1
is the most commonly used contract for local live performances such as concerts and various special events such as weddings, parties and corporate functions.
AFM LS-1
is the live contract to use when a member is receiving pension contributions. Please refer to the Form LS-1 Q & A for details.
AFM T-2
is used when traveling for live performances outside the Nashville area, anywhere within the United States or Canada.
